2010 sweetwater motor weight and speed

2010 sweetwater tuscany series - what is the max boat speed and weight.  I am looking at one and it is heavy and tilts where the motor is.  It has a 115 yamaha on it.  I am not about the slant?  Will this damage the boat?
What are your thoughts and experience with this?

also, I wanted to add a trolling motor but it fits real high?  any thoughts?
