Loose captains chair armrest. 240SL 2013

I'm a 2nd owner of a 2013 AP 240SL. Love the boat and everything is mint on it except the  captains chair left armrest.

When you flip it up out of the way it falls all the way back and even out of the seat. There does not appear to be anything missing on the armrest itself as I saw a new armrest at my local dealer. It has 1 roll pin in it.

It their a trick to installing it properly or maybe something is worn in the seat itself?
