How big an engine on a 2000 Sweetwater 2221 SF?

I'm purchasing a 2000 Sweetwater 2221 SF with a 2000 Evinrude 70 HP four stroke engine. In researching the boat, I found it is rated for a 60 HP outboard max. Can I anticipate any problems because the engine is 10 HP over max? Guy McBride

    I seem to recall from my old Coast Guard Aux. days, only the manufacturer and maybe a dealer or  shop would be legally required to respect the rating plaque. I don't think you can get a ticket or voyage terminated if Law Enforcement notices it.

    As far as the safety goes I will let someone else address that.
