Fuel leak when fueling- hose cut at hole in metal / wood floor entry point

Has anyone ever dealt with fuel leaking from hose going to tank. I have a 2009 Saipan. Noticed fuel leak when refueling. Turns out the hose has been cut where it goes through the floor. There is a jagged metal hole and a wood hole. I haven’t seen any info from manufacturer. Hose is about 6 feet long and 1 1/2 in diameter. It is heavy corrugated rubber. I haven’t contacted the dealer yet.p, but is certainly a safety issue. Let me if you have info on this.thanks.
