bilge pumps

i recently purchased a 2019 Sweetwater 2286BF, I am wondering why there are 2 bilge pumps on the pontoon, i know one is for the live well, trying to figure out what the second one is for?

    I shouldn't have called the above bilge pumps, they are for the live well, is it possible one is for filling the live well & the other for creating air to the live well?
