motor won't turn over after battery change

I have a 2018 Sweetwater 2086c 70hp. the battery went dead over the winter. I charged it and started the boat, but it went dead again. I bought a new battery and installed it and now it wont turn over and I can't raise the motor. the horn and radio work fine. there is 1 connector that has a black wire and a green and I'm not sure which post it goes on? I might have tripped a breaker, but I do not have a manual. Help
