just towed the 18ft from Cocoa to Key Largo & back a week later, had a great time with it in the keys.

normal mpg for Ford Flex = 21mpg

towing mpg= 14

towing with cruise control on= 10

lesson learned !!!

    We get the 10 mpg as we have an older Dodge Durango with the small 6 with the overdrive off.  It is like pulling a parachute down the highway, hahaha.

    Glad we have the boat on a lift on the lake most of the season.  So is the Durango!!
