Help! Can't find my fuses for trim gauge and speedometer

I have a 2006 Aqua Patio 220 and I can't find the fuses or circuit breakers for the speedo and the trim gauge, which aren't working. I looked under the helm console and there was no fuse block or breaker panel there. My owners manual that came with the 2nd hand boat said it was under the helm, so I am very confused.
