Bottom paint toons?

Moving my aqua patio 2004 22RE tritoon from freshwater to Brackish/salt river.  Boat will be on the lift mostly, but may be kept in water a few days at times due to tides and currents.  Should I spend the money and bottom paint the tubes?

I have kept mine at a dock in the Florida Keys (salt) for 7 days at a time, once a year for 4 years with no growth. There are some small possibly salt pits on the 'toons, and some discoloration. I also let it sit in freshwater for months at a time. The fresh water tannin discoloration covers up the salt water stains eventually !!

If you're one of those people that likes your 'toons to shine like a mirror, you might be inclined to use a bottom paint made for metal. I would rather use my boat than wax metal or paint on my days off. Just  my opinion.
