The tach on my boat occssionally jumps around. Seems if I tap gently on the gauge it stabilizes. Annoying  . . .
Any ideas? Boat is two years old and powered by a 20HP Mercury ELPT.

    If it’s under warranty, have it replaced. I had to have 2 gauges replaced within the 1st year. I’m not impressed with the quality of the boat at all.
