Boat cover and Bimini

Hi we have a 2014 Sanpan 2500LE. The front of the full morring cover and Bimini top are very loose. I wish I had contacted the dealer about this when we purchased the boat. Would this be something covered under warranty? There's also a miss aligned snap in the front of the morring cover.

    My warranty info says these things are covered for 5 years.  I would go that route!
